So, the question before me is, where do I hope to visit in Europe and why?
Are you ready? Here's my one sentence....
I would like to visit the land of some of my ancestors - Scotland.

What about you? Where would you go?
Presently, I want to go to France to meet Sook's family that had to leave Laos when he was 6 or 7ish.
ReplyDeleteI hope you get to do that, Wendi. It would be so cool! As if we need a reason to want to visit Paris.... ;-)
DeleteHey, thanks for visiting my blog! My husband's family is also of Scottish origin- he's a McLeod, from the Isle of Skye.
ReplyDeleteOur Scottish family name is Trail, but I think it was spelled Trayle or something like that long ago.
DeleteIreland... definately ireland. because it looks ridiculously beautiful. although i'm not 100% sure it's part of europe... it's like... sub europe or something. but i think scotland would be my second choice!
ReplyDeleteThe countries are all packed into a relatively small area - compared to our continent anyway. When we get to visit, we need to stay long enough to visit them all, don't you think?
DeleteItaly. Food, Gondolas, ahhh!!!
ReplyDeleteYes - Italy. I am madly in love with Italy.
Deletelooks beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteIt IS beautiful, isn't it? Our God is amazing.
DeleteThe possibilities make my head spin! I want to go to the "big" cities, the ones we always dream about as Americans...but those off the beaten path, as well. Scotland...Ireland...are two yesses!
ReplyDelete(thanks for joining in #1SS)
:)
Robin, thanks for stopping by. This was fun. :-)
DeleteThe pictures are gorgeous!!! Scotland wasn't on my radar before, but it is now. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHi Emily. I know! It looks amazing, doesn't it? Thanks for visiting.
DeleteI don't think this is Europe....although fairly close - but I want to travel to the Holy Lands! Maybe someday....
