Embroidery Hoop Mobile

Hello again, Friends! Today I am going to show you how my daughter, Steph, made a mobile for Azariah's nursery.

She chose a variety of ribbon and tiny, silver bells.

The little bells are tied to silver cord.

Big brother, Solomon, helped with the ribbons.

She cut them in varying, but similar, lengths.

One by one the ribbons were attached temporarily to the hoop until she liked how it looked.

With all the ribbons and bells in place, the mobile had to pass inspection.

After inspection, the quality control department checked for durability.

Yup, this is a good one.

It's home is over the changing table.
As you can see, some of the ribbons are tied to the hoop.

Ta Da!

This is what Azariah sees when he gets fresh pants.

The bells make a pleasant jingle when Steph runs her hand through the ribbons.

She also used the ribbon to decorate this plain lampshade.

Lovely!

Add an original finger painting by big brother...

...and some special family pictures to make it complete.

Thanks for stopping by!
